Setup, Compatibility & Care
To achieve the best fit, adjust the laces initially to your preferred tension across the midfoot. Once established, use the side zipper to put the shoes on or take them off. If you use custom orthotic inserts, remove the factory-provided insole before inserting your own to ensure proper depth. To maintain the material, wipe the exterior gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or using harsh detergents, as this can degrade the specialized comfort components and surface pattern. Air dry away from direct heat sources like radiators to preserve the shape of the materials.
