This sports bra is best suited for low to medium impact activities such as yoga, Pilates, walking, and light jogging, due to its comfortable, seamless design and adjustable support.
The shoulder straps can be adjusted using the sliders located on the straps themselves, similar to a traditional bra, to achieve a personalized fit.
The bra is made from a blend of 88% Nylon and 12% Elastane, providing a balance of durability, flexibility, and comfort.
It is machine washable at 30 degrees. Please refer to the care label on the garment for full instructions.
This bra is designed for low to medium impact activities. For high-impact sports like running or HIIT, a sports bra with higher support levels might be more appropriate.
The crossover design at the back helps to keep the straps securely in place and offers a stylish aesthetic, while also contributing to overall support.
The USA Pro logo is featured on the underband of the sports bra, providing visible brand recognition.
Adjust the shoulder straps to a more comfortable, less tightened position. Ensure the back clasp is securely fastened but not overly strained.
Check if the size UK 14 is appropriate. Ensure the adjustable straps are not fully tightened. If still uncomfortable, consider a different size or style.
Follow the recommended care instructions, specifically washing at 30 degrees and avoiding high heat drying. This will help preserve the fabric's stretch.
Setup: This sports bra requires no setup; it is ready to wear upon purchase.
Compatibility: Designed for adult women, this bra is compatible with most activewear and can be worn as a standalone top or layered under other garments.
