Product Information

Full details

The VEVOR Folding Hand Truck (PZS30) is an ideal transport solution for homeowners, travelers, and office workers who need a lightweight way to move bulky items without the bulk of a traditional dolly. Its primary benefit is its ultra-compact design, which folds down to a tiny footprint, making it effortless to store in vehicles or small closets. While it excels at portability, users should keep in mind that its 110-pound weight capacity is designed for light-to-medium loads, so it is not intended for heavy industrial moving or professional construction use.

Troubleshooting

Handle will not extend or retract

Check if there is debris or grit trapped in the telescoping tracks. Clean the tracks and ensure the locking pins are fully depressed.

Wheels are wobbling or feeling loose

Ensure the wheel mounting nuts are tight. If they are loose, use a wrench to carefully tighten them, being careful not to overtighten and restrict rotation.

Pros and Cons

Setup, Compatibility & Care

This hand truck requires no assembly. To set it up, simply pull the handle up until it locks into position and flip down the base plate. To stow, depress the handle release mechanism to slide it down, then fold the base plate upward until it clicks into the frame.

To ensure longevity, keep the wheel axles clean of debris or hair that might hinder rotation. If you notice the wheels getting stiff, a light application of silicone-based lubricant can help. Since the unit is made of alloy steel, avoid long-term exposure to heavy rain or moisture to prevent surface oxidation, and always wipe down the frame after use in damp conditions.
