Its key benefit is providing an extra layer of coziness on beds or sofas, enhanced by a luxurious faux fur finish and a Sherpa fleece reverse. A potential caveat is that the detailed geometric pattern might be a strong design statement for minimalist decors.

This is normal for new faux fur products. Wash the throw separately on a gentle cycle and tumble dry on low heat to help reduce initial shedding. Regular gentle washing and drying will minimize this over time.
Gently brush the velvet nap with a soft-bristled brush or a clean, dry cloth. Ensure the throw is completely dry before attempting to fluff the texture.
Always wash the throw with similar colors. If color transfer is a concern, consider a separate gentle wash cycle for the first few washes.
Ensure you are using a mild detergent and not overloading the washing machine. Tumble drying on a low heat setting can help restore softness. Avoid using fabric softeners, which can sometimes affect the faux fur or Sherpa.
