Setup, Compatibility & Care
For installation, ensure you have a drill, masonry bits (for concrete), and a level. First, determine the optimal mounting position on your stairs. Mark the hole locations on your surface, drill the necessary pilot holes, and secure the base plates using the provided mounting hardware. Always verify the rail is level and rigid before testing its weight capacity. Compatibility includes concrete, wood, or solid stone surfaces. For care, periodically wipe the handrail with a damp cloth to remove debris. If the finish is scratched, applying a rust-inhibitive touch-up paint can prevent long-term corrosion and keep the unit looking new.
