FAQs
Does this purchase include the cushion inner?
No, this is a cushion cover only. You will need to provide your own cushion pad.
Can I put this in the washing machine?
No, to preserve the tufted texture and embroidery, it must be professionally dry cleaned.
What is the best way to clean the fringe?
If the fringe becomes tangled, gently comb it with your fingers; do not use heavy brushes that could pull the threads.
Is the design on both sides?
The statement design with tufting and embroidery is featured on the front, while the back typically features a clean canvas finish.
Will the blue color fade over time?
To prevent color fading, keep the cushion away from direct, prolonged sunlight.
Troubleshooting
Zip feels stuck or difficult to close
Check to ensure that no tufted threads or fabric from the inner pad are caught in the teeth of the zip.
Tufting appears flattened after use
Gently shake the cushion or use a soft-bristled brush to lightly fluff the embroidery fibers.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up, simply unzip the cover and insert your existing cushion pad—ensure the dimensions of your pad match the standard size of the cover for a snug, plush fit. Because of the delicate tufting and embroidery, this cover is not machine washable. To ensure the longevity of the design and the vibrancy of the colors, it must be professionally dry cleaned. Do not attempt to scrub stains, as this may damage the embroidered fibers.
