Is the cushion removable?
Yes, the cushion is designed to be removed for easier cleaning and storage during colder months.
Can I leave the chair outside all year?
While the frame is durable, it is recommended to cover the chair or store it indoors during extreme weather or winter months to prolong its lifespan.
How do I clean the metal frame?
Simply wipe the frame down with a soft, damp cloth and a mild soap solution, then dry thoroughly.
Does the chair come pre-assembled?
No, the chair arrives as a flat-pack item and requires self-assembly using the provided instructions.
Is the frame prone to rust?

Troubleshooting
The chair wobbles during use.
Check that all frame bolts are tightened evenly. If it persists, ensure the chair is placed on a perfectly level surface.
The metal frame has a minor scratch.
Use a touch-up paint specifically formulated for outdoor metal furniture to prevent rust from forming on the exposed area.
The cushion feels damp.
Remove the cushion from the chair immediately and air dry it in a shaded, well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight which can cause fabric brittleness.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Assembly is designed for one or two people and should take approximately 20 to 30 minutes using the included instructions. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely during the initial build to prevent wobbling. For compatibility, ensure your intended space provides at least 1 meter of clearance behind and in front of the chair to allow for a full, unobstructed rocking range. To maintain the life of your chair, wipe the metal frame periodically with a damp cloth to remove dust. During the off-season or inclement weather, store the cushions indoors or in a weatherproof container to prevent mildew and fabric fading.
