Troubleshooting
Straps not adhering securely
Ensure the hook-and-loop surfaces are clean and free from debris. Gently brush the hook side with a small brush if needed. Check for any signs of wear on the hook-and-loop fasteners.
Soles feel stiff or uncomfortable
New sandals may require a short break-in period. Wear them for short durations initially. The EVA sole is designed to become more pliable with use.
Discoloration or material stiffness
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or excessive heat, as this can cause synthetic materials to fade or become brittle. Follow the recommended cleaning instructions.
Slipping sensation during activity
Ensure the straps are adjusted for a snug fit. If the issue persists, these sandals may not be suitable for high-impact activities. Always ensure the ground surface provides adequate traction.
