FAQs

What type of activities is this sports bra best suited for?

This bra is engineered for medium-impact activities such as cycling, weight training, boxing, and brisk walking. It provides strategic support without excessive restriction.

How does the 'Infinity 2.0' design differ from previous versions?

The Infinity 2.0 features a new injection-molded pad with a strategic pattern for a lighter, more aerodynamic feel, and improved breathability through mesh side panels. Sizing has also been updated.

Can I wear this bra for high-impact activities like running or HIIT?

While it offers substantial support, it is specifically designed for medium-impact. For high-impact activities, a higher support bra might be more suitable to prevent excessive movement.

How do I find my correct size with the updated sizing system?

Please consult the detailed size chart provided. We have revamped the sizing to better accommodate different body shapes, so measuring yourself and comparing against the chart is recommended.

Are the straps adjustable?

Yes, the front straps are adjustable and can be worn either straight or crossed at the back for personalized comfort and support.

How should I wash and care for this sports bra?

Machine wash cold with like colors. Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean. Line dry to maintain the integrity of the fabric and its supportive qualities.

Does this bra have underwire?

No, this sports bra does not feature underwire. It relies on its molded pad, fabric compression, and adjustable straps for support.

Troubleshooting

Bra feels too tight or too loose.

Refer to the updated size chart and compare your measurements. Adjust the hook-and-eye closure and the convertible straps for a better fit.

Straps dig into shoulders.

Ensure straps are properly adjusted. If wearing them straight, try converting them to a crossback style for distributed support. Check if the band size is correct.

Reduced support over time.

Follow the recommended care instructions precisely. Over-washing, bleaching, or ironing can degrade the fabric and elastic, reducing support. Ensure the bra is not overstretched.

Hook and eye closure is difficult to fasten.

Practice fastening the closure before putting the bra on fully. Ensure the hooks are aligned with the eyelets. Sometimes, a slight twist can help secure the connection.
