The North Face Glacier Fleece 1/4 Zip is an essential layering piece designed for active adults who need lightweight, breathable warmth for outdoor adventures or everyday wear. Crafted from high-quality polyester microfleece, this garment excels at trapping body heat without adding bulk; however, it is not a standalone waterproof outer layer and should be paired with a shell in wet conditions.

No, this specific model features a sleek, pocket-free design to maximize weight savings and layering comfort.
Wash the garment inside out and avoid mixing with abrasive fabrics like denim or items with Velcro to reduce friction.
Check that the fleece is free of fabric softener residue by running an extra rinse cycle during the next wash.
To maintain the loft and performance of the polyester microfleece, it is recommended to machine wash in cold water with similar colors. Avoid using harsh detergents or fabric softeners, as these can coat the fibers and reduce the fleece's ability to wick moisture.
For drying, tumble dry on a low setting or hang dry to prevent excessive heat exposure, which can degrade the synthetic fibers. Due to its regular fit, choose your standard size for a layering-friendly experience. It is fully compatible with any North Face shell or rain jacket that features a zip-in or standard layering system.
