FAQs
What material are these sandals made of?
The sandals are made from PVC and EVA, with a glitter effect.
Are these sandals suitable for swimming?
While water-resistant and easy to clean, they are best suited for splash play rather than prolonged submersion. Always ensure they are dried properly after exposure to water.
How do I choose the right size?
It is recommended to measure your child's foot and compare it with the product's size chart. The adjustable Velcro and removable insoles offer some flexibility in fit.
Can the glitter wear off?
The glitter is incorporated into the material. With normal wear, the glitter should remain intact, but excessive scuffing or abrasion may cause some wear over time.
Are these sandals breathable?
Jelly sandals generally offer less breathability than open-structured sandals. The removable insoles can help slightly with air circulation.
How should I clean the foam insoles?
The foam insoles can be removed and wiped clean with a damp cloth. Allow them to air dry completely before reinserting.
What does 'Made in Spain' signify?
It indicates that the product has been manufactured in Spain, adhering to the quality standards and craftsmanship associated with footwear production in that region.
Troubleshooting
Sandals feel too tight or too loose
Adjust the Velcro fastening. If the sandal is still not fitting correctly, consider removing the foam insole for a more spacious fit or ensuring the correct size has been selected.
Difficulty cleaning stubborn dirt
Use a soft brush with mild soap and water, then rinse and wipe dry. Ensure the sandals are completely dry before storage.
Strap not staying fastened
Ensure the Velcro surface is clean and free from debris. If the Velcro is worn out, it may need replacement.
