Are the ramps suitable for all types of terrain?

The ramps work well on various terrains but require a stable surface. Avoid use on extremely soft or unstable ground without additional support.

How do I clean the ramps?

Clean the ramps with soap and water. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.

What are the dimensions of the ramps?

The dimensions are 18cm (H) x 24.5cm (W) x 61cm (L).

Does the set come with a carry bag?

Yes, the Milenco Triple 3 Level Pair includes a durable carry bag for easy storage and transport.

How many height options are available?

There are three height options: 4cm, 8cm, and 12cm.

Can I use these ramps for a single-axle trailer?

Yes, these ramps can be used for single-axle trailers, provided the weight limit is not exceeded.

What is the material of the ramps?

The ramps are made from high-strength, durable plastic.

Troubleshooting

Vehicle slides off the ramp.

Ensure the ramps are placed on stable ground. Use chocks for added security, especially on sloped surfaces.

Ramps sink into soft ground.

Ensure the ramps are placed on firm ground. If the ground is very soft, use additional support, such as a piece of plywood, under the ramp.

Difficulty driving onto the ramp.

Ensure the wheel is properly aligned with the ramp. Use a spotter to guide the driver, and proceed slowly.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Placement: Position the ramps in front of your vehicle's wheels on the side that needs lifting.
Driving On: Slowly drive your vehicle onto the ramp, ensuring the wheel aligns with the ramp's center. Use a spotter to guide.
Levelling: Use the appropriate height level (4cm, 8cm, or 12cm) to achieve a level position.
Chocking (Optional): While the ramps have a high-grip surface, consider using wheel chocks for added safety, especially on slopes.
