FAQs
Are these trainers suitable for wide feet?
The adaptive closure with an adjustable strap offers some flexibility. However, the fixed stretch laces provide limited width adjustment. If your child has significantly wide feet, trying them on beforehand is recommended.
Can the laces be replaced if they get damaged?
The laces are fixed stretch laces designed for ease of use. While they are durable, they are not intended for traditional tying and replacement might be complex.
What is the best way to clean the black and green colourway?
Wipe the shoes with a damp cloth and mild soap. For tougher spots, use a soft brush. Always air dry away from heat.
Are these trainers waterproof?
These trainers are designed with breathable mesh and synthetic materials, making them suitable for dry and light wet conditions. They are not fully waterproof.
What age group are these trainers best suited for?
These trainers are designed for kids and are ideal for active play, school, and everyday wear.
How do I determine the correct UK size?
Refer to Skechers' official sizing guide or measure your child's foot length to compare with the provided size chart to find the best UK size.
Troubleshooting
Shoes feel too tight or loose
Adjust the instep strap for a more secure or relaxed fit. Ensure the correct size has been selected, as the fixed stretch laces offer limited adjustment.
Difficulty cleaning the mesh upper
Use a soft brush with mild soap and water to gently clean the mesh. Rinse with a damp cloth and allow to air dry.
Traction seems reduced on wet surfaces
Ensure the outsole is clean and free from debris. While designed for good traction, performance on very wet surfaces may vary. Avoid excessive use in extremely wet conditions.
