Yes, the 6cm block-style height is specifically designed to balance professional aesthetics with stability and comfort for extended periods.
It is not recommended. Suede is porous and can be damaged by water. If you must wear them in light drizzle, ensure you have used a suede-specific water repellent spray.
The Gabor Dusty series is generally true to UK sizing, but the suede material will naturally adapt to your foot shape after limited wear.
Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, preferably with shoe trees to help them maintain their classic shape.
The soft suede upper offers more give than leather, which can accommodate various foot shapes, but they are designed as a standard professional fit.
This is normal wear for pumps. Take them to a cobbler to have the heel tips replaced periodically to prevent damage to the heel block.
Use a specialized suede brush or a clean pencil eraser to gently rub the area and lift the nap of the suede back to its original texture.
Suede is a flexible natural material that will gently stretch to accommodate your foot shape after a few short periods of wear around the house.
Because these shoes are made from suede, initial care is essential. Before the first wear, apply a high-quality suede protector spray to guard against moisture and light staining. To clean, use a dedicated suede brush to lift dirt and restore the texture of the material. Avoid soaking the shoes in water; if they get wet, stuff them with paper to absorb moisture and let them dry naturally away from direct heat sources. Ensure you check your UK size carefully before purchase, as the Gabor Dusty series is designed for a snug, supportive fit.
