The 10000mAh capacity can typically charge most smartphones between 2 to 3 times, depending on the phone's battery size and whether you are using wired or wireless charging.
It supports wired charging for most USB-powered devices. For magnetic wireless charging, it is compatible with smartphones that support Qi wireless charging and have magnetic alignment features.
Yes, you can charge the power bank itself while it is connected to a power source and simultaneously charge your devices from it.
Ensure the power bank is sufficiently charged. Check that the cable is securely connected to both the power bank and the device for wired charging. For wireless charging, ensure the device is properly aligned with the magnetic surface of the power bank.
Wireless charging is inherently slower than wired charging. Ensure the device is correctly positioned on the magnetic surface. Remove any thick cases or metal objects between the power bank and the phone, as these can interfere with charging.
Try using a different USB cable and power adapter. Ensure the power source is functioning correctly. Clean the charging port on the power bank.
If the power bank still functions, the indicator may be faulty. If the power bank is unresponsive, contact customer support.
