FAQs
Is the cushion insert included with the cover?
No, the cushion insert is sold separately. The cover is designed to fit standard 45 x 45cm (18" x 18") inserts.
How do I clean the cushion cover?
The cushion cover is dry clean only. Please do not machine wash, iron, or tumble dry.
Can I use this cover outdoors?
The cover is made from 100% polyester, which offers some durability. However, it is designed for indoor use and prolonged exposure to outdoor elements may degrade the fabric.
What does 'reversible' mean for this cushion cover?
It means the fabric has the same plain textured weave on both sides, so you can use either side, effectively offering two looks in one and extending its usable life.
How do I achieve a 'plump' look with my cushion?
For a fuller, plumper appearance, try using a cushion insert that is slightly larger than the cover dimensions, such as a 50x50cm insert for a 45x45cm cover.
What other products match this cushion cover?
This cushion cover is specifically designed to match the Riva Home Twilight blackout curtains and blinds.
Is the blue colour fade-resistant?
While the polyester fabric is durable, to maintain the colour's vibrancy, it's best to keep it away from direct, prolonged sunlight and follow the care instructions carefully.
Troubleshooting
Zipper is stuck
Gently try to move the zipper back and forth. Ensure no fabric is caught. If necessary, apply a small amount of graphite from a pencil to the zipper teeth.
Fabric appears dull after cleaning
Ensure the 'Dry Clean Only' instruction was followed. Avoid harsh detergents or machine washing. Line dry away from direct sunlight.
Cover doesn't fit insert well
Try a slightly larger insert for a fuller appearance, or ensure the insert is the correct size (45x45cm).
