FAQs
What are the dimensions of the chairs and table?
The chairs measure H85 x W50 x D44cm, and the table measures H71 x W70 x D70cm.
Is the set waterproof?
The galvanised steel with an e-coated finish offers rust protection and is suitable for outdoor use. However, for maximum longevity, it is recommended to protect it from prolonged extreme weather.
Can this set be used indoors?
While the design is versatile, this set is specifically intended and built for outdoor use.
How much weight can the chairs and table support?
Specific weight capacities are not provided, but the robust galvanised steel construction is designed for standard adult use.
Does the 'Red' colour fade over time?
The Cashmere e-coated finish is designed for durability, but like all outdoor furniture, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause some fading over extended periods.
Are there any specific assembly instructions?
The set is designed to be foldable for easy setup. Simply unfold the table and chairs. Ensure they are stable before use.
Can I buy additional chairs separately?
This guide focuses on the set as provided. For information on purchasing additional items, please refer to the retailer or manufacturer's specific product offerings.
Troubleshooting
Chairs or table are wobbly after unfolding.
Ensure the set is placed on a level surface. Check that all folding legs are fully extended and locked into position. If the wobble persists, check for any visible damage to the frame.
Difficulty folding or unfolding.
Ensure there are no obstructions like debris or dirt in the folding joints. Gently try to move the parts back and forth to loosen them. Avoid forcing the mechanism.
E-coat finish appears chipped or scratched.
Inspect the area for rust. If minor, you can touch up with a rust-inhibiting paint suitable for metal. For significant damage, consider contacting customer support.
