Purina Pro Plan Everyday Nutrition wet dog food is an excellent choice for adult dogs requiring a nutrient-dense, protein-rich diet to support an active lifestyle, especially those who thrive on fish-based recipes. This formula is crafted to maintain strong muscles, healthy joints, and a lustrous coat through high-quality ingredients, though owners should note that the specific jelly texture may not appeal to dogs with a strong preference for gravy-based or pate formulas.

This formula is specifically balanced for the nutritional needs of adult dogs; it is not recommended for puppies.
Cover the open can with a plastic lid or transfer the contents to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
Yes, this is a complete and balanced diet and can be fed as your dog's primary food source.
The primary protein source in this formula is high-quality fish.
While it is not a cure for shedding, the essential nutrients provided support healthy skin and coat, which may help minimize shedding related to poor coat condition.
Try warming the food slightly or mixing in a small amount of warm water to enhance the aroma of the fish.
Slow down the transition period and ensure you are mixing it with the previous food at a more gradual ratio.
To introduce this food, transition your dog over a period of 7-10 days by gradually increasing the proportion of the new food while decreasing the old diet to avoid digestive upset. Always store unopened cans in a cool, dry place. Once opened, the product must be refrigerated and should be consumed within 24 to 48 hours to maintain freshness. Ensure your dog always has access to clean, fresh drinking water, as the high protein density requires adequate hydration for optimal digestion.
