Setup, Compatibility & Care
Ensure you leave at least 5-10cm of clearance around the back and sides of the appliance to allow for adequate ventilation and motor efficiency. Before plugging in the unit, let it stand upright for at least four hours to allow the coolant to settle. To reverse the door, consult the provided manual, ensuring you have the necessary tools to shift the hinges to the opposite side.
For ongoing care, clear out any accumulated ice buildup periodically using a plastic scraper. Never use metal tools to remove ice, as this can damage the interior liner. Clean the internal surfaces with a mild solution of baking soda and warm water, then dry thoroughly before reloading your food.
