The Nike Air Max 90 is a classic trainer designed for adults seeking a blend of heritage running style and modern everyday comfort. Featuring signature visible Air cushioning and a robust leather construction, these sneakers are perfect for casual wear and light walking; however, they may feel slightly heavier compared to ultra-lightweight contemporary performance runners.

No, while they have running heritage, they are primarily intended for lifestyle and casual wear rather than modern long-distance running.
Use a mild soap and water solution on a soft cloth, then wipe away any residue with a second damp cloth.
Yes, they generally fit true to size, but the leather construction may feel slightly snug initially compared to mesh trainers.
Yes, the insoles are removable if you need to insert custom orthotics.
They are water-resistant to an extent due to the leather material, but they are not fully waterproof and should be treated with a leather protector spray for extra defense.
Use shoe trees when not wearing the trainers to maintain shape and reduce deep creases.
Use a soft-bristled brush to gently dislodge debris from the grooves of the tread.
Wipe with a clean, damp microfiber cloth; do not use harsh chemical cleaners which may cloud the plastic.
Because these are classic trainers, they do not require a breaking-in period as long as you select your correct size. To keep your Nike Air Max 90s in top condition, wipe the leather overlays with a soft, damp cloth after exposure to dirt or rain. Avoid submerging the shoes in water, as this can degrade the leather and the adhesives holding the sole. If they become wet, allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can warp the materials.
