Full details
This lightweight Torrent rug is perfect for showery warmer days, or for hardy types who just need a light coverage. It features a 600 denier ripstop, waterproof breathable outer. It has no polyfill with a breathable lining. Quick clip trigger hook chest straps, front shoulder gusset, cross-over surcingles, leg straps, tailguard, fixed neck cover with twin easy “click in” buckles and strengthened surcingle guides. (PLEASE ENSURE TRIGGER CLIPS ON CHEST FRONT FACE INWARDS ON THE HORSE TO PREVENT GETTING CAUGHT). Perfect For Use On Its' Own In Warmer Weather Or As An Extra Layer Over Heavier Rugs In Extreme Weather. This stops the heavier rug having to dry out for days! The materials used in all of our outdoor rugs are certified waterproof. Please understand the expectations of a lightweight turnout rug as autumn/winter approaches as these must be realistic. Strong winds may gust up and under due to the lightweight nature of the rug blowing rain around the horses back end. Heavy rain will also run down the horses neck and penetrate under the rug slightly if left out in very wet conditions. (The material is waterproof but the rug is lightweight.) Quick Clip Chest Straps, Taped seams, Ripstop, Waxed stitching, Breathable Cotton Lined, Waterproof 600 Denier, Lightweight, no polyfill.
