The North Face Reversible Perrito Hooded Puffer Jacket is an essential cold-weather layer for infants, designed to provide reliable warmth and maximum versatility. It is ideal for parents looking for a durable, functional garment that offers two distinct looks in one through its clever reversible design. While it excels at trapping heat, caregivers should note that the insulation is specifically optimized for cool weather and may not be suitable for extreme sub-zero alpine conditions.

Yes, the Perrito series is available in various infant sizes ranging from 0-3 months up to 18-24 months.
The jacket is designed for warmth and wind protection, but it is not marketed as a fully waterproof raincoat.
The jacket features a user-friendly design that can be turned inside out using the main central zipper.
It is a great layer for warmth, but please ensure your car seat straps are tightened correctly over the jacket, as bulky clothing can sometimes interfere with harness fit.
It is recommended to avoid fabric softener as it can sometimes affect the performance of synthetic technical fabrics.
Tumble dry on low heat with dryer balls to restore the loft of the synthetic fill.
Spot treat the affected area with a mild detergent and cold water before the main wash cycle.
This jacket is designed for immediate use. To maintain the integrity of the synthetic insulation, always follow the care label instructions. Generally, it is best to machine wash in cold water on a delicate cycle. Avoid using harsh detergents or fabric softeners that could degrade the outer shell's finish. For drying, use a low-heat setting and consider adding clean tennis balls to the dryer to help re-fluff the insulation, ensuring it continues to provide optimal warmth. Store in a dry place, ideally hung on a child-sized hanger to prevent bunching or compression of the fill.
