Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
Upon receiving your new Timberland boots, simply unlace them fully. Have your child put them on, ensuring their foot is comfortably seated. Begin lacing from the bottom eyelets, pulling snugly but not too tightly, working your way up. Use the full lace fastening to achieve a secure and supportive fit around the ankle. Double-knot the laces to prevent them from coming undone during activity.
Compatibility
These boots are highly versatile, compatible with a range of outfits from casual jeans and trousers to outdoor wear. They are designed for juniors (kids) and are suitable for outdoor adventures, city excursions, and general everyday use. Their robust construction and waterproof features make them ideal for various weather conditions, excluding extreme specialized environments.
Care
- Cleaning the Leather: For general dirt, wipe the boots with a soft, damp cloth. For tougher marks, use a specialized leather cleaner and a soft brush. Always follow the product's instructions. Allow them to air dry naturally, away from direct heat.
- Maintaining Waterproofing: Periodically, you may wish to treat the boots with a waterproofing spray suitable for leather to refresh their protective barrier. This is especially important after extended periods of wear or cleaning.
- Storage: Store boots in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use. Stuffing them lightly with newspaper can help maintain their shape.
- ReBOTL Fabric: The interior fabric can be gently wiped with a damp cloth if needed. Avoid harsh chemicals.
