Troubleshooting
Shoes are difficult to slip on.
Ensure the Heel Pillow® is fully extended and try using the heel tab. If a size issue is suspected, re-check the sizing guide.
Foot feels uncomfortable or lacks support.
Confirm the correct size has been selected. Ensure the Air-Cooled Memory Foam® insole is properly seated. These shoes are designed for comfort and casual wear; for high-impact sports, specialized footwear may be needed.
Shoe odor after wear.
Allow shoes to air out between wears. Ensure feet are clean and dry before putting them on. Use odor-absorbing insoles if necessary. Machine washing according to instructions can also help.
Stitching or material appears damaged.
Inspect the shoes for any manufacturing defects. If the damage is recent from normal wear, contact customer service for potential warranty claims.
