This Under Armour Vibe Windbreaker Jacket is designed for young male athletes seeking lightweight protection from wind and light rain without overheating. Its key benefit is the combination of UA Storm technology for water repellency and a breathable, stretch-woven fabric that moves with the wearer. A minor caveat is that it requires specific care instructions to maintain its performance.

UA Storm technology is a water-repellent finish applied to the fabric that repels water without sacrificing breathability, keeping you dry in light rain or damp conditions.
The jacket is designed to repel water and is effective for light rain or showers. For heavy downpours, a more robust waterproof jacket would be recommended.
The jacket is lightweight and primarily designed for wind protection and light water resistance. For cold weather, it can be effectively layered over warm base layers or a fleece.
Machine wash cold with like colors. Do not bleach, tumble dry on low, do not use softeners, do not iron, and do not dry clean.
4-way stretch material means the fabric can be stretched and recovered both horizontally and vertically, allowing for maximum freedom of movement.
Yes, this jacket uses a fluorine-free water repellent treatment, which is a more environmentally conscious approach.
The jacket is made from 87% Polyester and 13% Elastane.
Ensure you have followed the washing instructions carefully, particularly avoiding fabric softeners and bleach, which can degrade the water-repellent treatment. Consider a specialized sports wash if performance is significantly diminished.
Avoid using fabric softeners, as they can stiffen the fabric and reduce its breathability and water-repellent properties. Tumble dry on low as instructed.
Check for any fabric caught in the zipper track. Gently try to move the zipper up and down. If needed, apply a small amount of graphite (from a pencil tip) to the zipper teeth.
This windbreaker requires minimal setup; simply unpack and wear. It is compatible with various athletic and casual wear.
