Troubleshooting
Screen appears loose or sagging
Ensure that the mounting points are spaced evenly and that the screen material is pulled taut before finalizing the fastening.
Edges are fraying after cutting
Use very sharp, high-quality scissors for a clean cut. You may also lightly heat-seal the edge with a lighter or iron if the material composition allows.
Stains or dirt buildup
Use a damp sponge with mild soap to gently wipe the area; avoid pressure washers as they may damage the weave.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation of the vidaXL Balcony Screen is straightforward. Ensure the area where it will be attached is clean and free of sharp protrusions that could tear the fabric. When cutting the screen to fit specific lengths, mark your line clearly with a chalk or pencil before cutting to ensure a straight finish. For maintenance, it is recommended to clean the screen seasonally. Avoid using harsh chemical solvents or abrasive brushes that could degrade the UV-protective coating. A soft sponge with warm, mild soapy water is sufficient to remove dust and environmental grime.
