Troubleshooting
Accessory feels loose after installation
Check that the concealed fastening screws are fully tightened. Ensure the mounting brackets are securely fixed to the wall and that no part of the wall material has crumbled.
Chrome finish shows smudges or water spots
Wipe the surface with a soft, damp microfiber cloth. For persistent spots, use a mild, non-abrasive soap solution and dry thoroughly with a clean, soft cloth.
Towel rail or hook is difficult to attach
Ensure you are using the correct mounting brackets and that they are installed at the correct distance and orientation as per the manual. Sometimes gently wiggling the accessory can help it seat properly.

Follow the included installation manual for precise placement and attachment.
Compatibility: This set is designed as a universal bathroom accessory suite and is compatible with standard bathroom setups. The mounting system is designed for solid walls.
