FAQs

Are these shoes machine washable?

No, machine washing can permanently damage the suede upper and the structure of the shoe.

Do these run true to size?

Yes, they are designed to be standard sizing for adults. If you prefer a looser fit, some users prefer to go up half a size.

Can I wear these for running?

These are lifestyle trainers and are not recommended for running or high-impact athletic activities.

How do I protect the suede from rain?

Use a high-quality suede protector spray specifically designed for footwear.

What is the primary material used in the upper?

The upper is constructed from premium, durable textured suede.

Troubleshooting

Visible water or dirt stains on the suede

Allow the shoes to dry naturally, then use a suede eraser or brush to gently lift the stain.

Laces coming loose

Double-knot the laces or replace them with a slightly textured flat lace for better grip.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Bold, stylish retro aesthetic
  • Enhanced comfort from padded collar and tongue
  • Durable construction suitable for daily use
  • Reliable traction on pavement

Cons

  • Suede material is sensitive to moisture and dirt
  • Chunky profile may feel heavier than minimalist trainers
  • Requires protective treatment for long-term maintenance

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your trainers last, follow these care steps:

  1. Protective Spray: Apply a suede-specific water and stain repellent spray before the first wear.
  2. Cleaning: Use a specialized suede brush to remove surface dirt and restore the texture of the material. Avoid using water or harsh household detergents.
  3. Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent colour fading.
  4. Compatibility: These trainers fit true to size for standard adult feet. Use the lace system to adjust for your preferred tightness, as the padded tongue provides a snug fit.
