The Osmo UV Protection Oil Tints in Light Oak offers a natural oil-based and microporous finish that does not crack, flake, peel, or blister. This product is designed to resist the fading of wood caused by external weathering, while adding a tinted color to enhance the wood's natural appearance. It is ideal for use on windows, doors, cladding, fencing, and other vertically structured joinery, this oil helps block the greying process of wood with a UV-protected factor of 12 compared to untreated wood. It is very water and dirt resistant, reduces wood swelling and shrinkage, and resists the growth of algae, mildew, and fungi. The microporous, breathable finish allows for easy future applications without the need for sanding.
