The Asec 5 Lever British Standard Sashlock complies to BS 3621 and it is ideal for use on high security applications such as external doors. Once installed, pushing down on the door handle will retract the top latch and using the key will operate the bottom bolt. It comes complete with a 10 year guarantee, 2 keys and full fitting instructions. Available in 64mm (2.5 Inch) or 76mm (3 Inch) lock cases. Features an easily reversible latch bolt, insurance approved, and police approved. Compliant to BS3621:2007 (kitemarked) with a brass bolt with hardened-steel rollers to resist saw attacks. Supplied complete with both forend & strike plates. Suitable for both sprung & unsprung handles. Bolt Through. Generally select this type of lock for exterior doors when an insurance rated lock is required. This lock contains bolt through holes either side of the spindle hole, which enable use of the through bolts supplied with our lever on rose handles.
