The Adidas Adistar Control 5 trainers are designed for adult women who appreciate a blend of nostalgic design and modern lifestyle comfort. These trainers provide a unique, ballet-inspired aesthetic that stands out with its pink and white colorway and playful Care Bear charm, though users should note that the specialized aesthetic may be less suitable for high-intensity athletic training compared to pure performance models.

No, these are designed as lifestyle trainers for casual, everyday wear rather than running or high-impact training.
Yes, the charm is designed to be detachable so you can style the shoes with or without it.
These trainers are sized in standard UK adult sizes; we recommend using your normal sneaker size for the best fit.
It is not recommended to machine wash these trainers, as this may damage the materials and the adhesive on the straps. Spot cleaning is the preferred method.
The upper is constructed from high-quality, durable materials designed to offer both comfort and aesthetic appeal.
Use a pair of tweezers or a comb to remove lint, hair, or debris stuck inside the Velcro hooks.
Apply a specialized sneaker cleaning solution or a mild eraser to gently buff out marks on the rubber and synthetic areas.
To ensure your Adistar Control 5 trainers stay in top condition, remove the detachable Care Bear charm before cleaning to prevent potential damage. Use a soft-bristled brush or a damp cloth with mild soap to spot clean the pink upper, taking care not to submerge the material in water. To maintain the grip of the rubber sole, wipe away debris regularly. The Velcro straps should be kept free of lint to maintain their stickiness over time.
