The HOKA Bondi 7 is a premier maximum-cushion running shoe engineered for runners and walkers seeking superior comfort during long-distance road use. It features a plush memory-foam collar and a signature EVA midsole to minimize impact, though its highly cushioned design may feel too bulky for those who prefer a lightweight, minimalist ground-feel.

Yes, the high level of cushioning makes it an excellent choice for walking, especially if you spend long periods on hard surfaces.
Generally, running shoes like the Bondi 7 should be replaced every 300 to 500 miles, depending on your running style and surface conditions.
The engineered mesh upper is designed for breathability, not water resistance. It will likely soak through in heavy rain.
Yes, the insoles are removable, which allows you to insert your own custom orthotics if required.
The Bondi 7 is HOKA's most cushioned road shoe, prioritizing maximal comfort and impact protection over speed or ground sensitivity.
Try the 'runner's loop' or 'lock lacing' technique to ensure the laces pull the heel securely against the internal heel counter.
Use a soft brush to gently remove dry dirt from the mesh, then wipe with a cloth dampened with mild soap and cold water.
To ensure the longevity of your HOKA Bondi 7 trainers, it is recommended to keep them clean by wiping them down with a damp cloth after muddy or dusty runs. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or using a washing machine, as high heat and heavy agitation can damage the foam midsole and adhesives. For the best fit, ensure you are utilizing the internal heel counter by securely lacing the shoe to lock the foot in place. Since these are performance road shoes, they perform best on paved surfaces; avoid rocky trails or jagged terrain that might puncture the EVA foam exposed on the outsole.
