Yes, the manufacturing process and all materials used in the 2750 Cotu Classic are 100% vegan-friendly and cruelty-free.
While some users do machine wash them, it is generally recommended to spot clean them to protect the integrity of the vulcanized rubber sole.

They are suitable for most seasonal conditions, though the breathable cotton canvas is not waterproof or insulated for extreme cold or wet weather.
The shoes feature a 100% cotton upper, a 100% cotton lining, and a durable 100% natural rubber outsole.
Apply a fabric-safe water and stain repellent spray before first wear.
Insert a slim, third-party foam or cork insole to provide the extra arch support needed for extended use.
Double knot the laces or replace them with higher-friction cotton laces if necessary.
These trainers require no specific setup—simply lace them up and adjust for your desired fit. To maintain the condition of your 2750s, avoid harsh machine washing which can damage the rubber bonding. Instead, spot clean the cotton canvas with a soft brush and mild soap. Allow them to air dry away from direct heat sources to prevent the rubber from warping or the canvas from shrinking. For best results, consider applying a fabric protector spray to the canvas to repel dirt and moisture.
