The integrated solar panel converts sunlight into electricity, which powers the water pump.

Do I need to plug the fountain in?

No, the fountain operates entirely on solar power, eliminating the need for mains wiring.

How much sunlight does it need?

The fountain performs best in direct sunlight. The more sunlight it receives, the stronger the water flow.

How often should I clean the fountain?

Clean the fountain regularly (e.g., every few weeks or monthly) to remove debris and algae and to maintain optimal performance.

What kind of water should I use?

Use clean tap water. Avoid using saltwater or water with high mineral content.

What happens in winter?

If you live in an area with freezing temperatures, it is recommended to store the fountain indoors during the winter to prevent damage.

How do I assemble the fountain?

Follow the assembly instructions provided with the product. Generally, it involves connecting the pump, placing the fountain components, and positioning the solar panel.

Troubleshooting
