Product Information
Full details
The Trespass Skylar Fleece is an essential mid-layer for adult outdoor enthusiasts seeking lightweight warmth during chilly hikes, camping trips, or everyday commutes. Featuring Airtrap 130gsm microfleece technology, it excels at retaining core body heat without adding unnecessary bulk, though its lightweight nature means it is best used as part of a layering system rather than as a standalone outer shell in extreme weather conditions.

FAQs
Is this fleece windproof?
No, the Skylar fleece is made of microfleece designed for warmth and breathability. It does not block wind, so it is recommended to wear a windproof outer shell on breezy days.
Can I wear this as a jacket?
It serves as a great lightweight jacket for mild, dry weather. However, it provides no protection against rain.
Is the sizing true to fit?
The Skylar fleece follows standard outdoor clothing sizing. If you plan on layering heavily underneath it, some users prefer to size up.
Does it have pockets?
No, this specific model is a streamlined 1/2 zip pull-over and does not feature pockets.
What does 130gsm mean?
GSM stands for grams per square meter. A 130gsm rating indicates a lightweight, breathable fleece that provides warmth without excessive bulk.
Troubleshooting
Fabric looks slightly matted after extended use
While the material is anti-pilling, occasional heavy friction can occur. A fabric shaver can be used carefully to restore the surface.
Zip feels stiff or sticks
Ensure no fabric is caught in the track. If it remains stiff, lightly rub a pencil lead or specialized zipper lubricant along the teeth.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your fleece, follow these care guidelines:
- Washing: Machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners as they can degrade the technical properties of the Airtrap fabric.
- Drying: Air dry whenever possible. Do not tumble dry, as high heat can damage the microfleece fibers.
- Compatibility: This garment functions best when worn as a mid-layer. Pair it with a moisture-wicking base layer underneath and a waterproof shell jacket on top for maximum protection in unpredictable weather.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain the fabric's integrity and color.
