Setup, Compatibility & Care
When you first receive your Maura trainers, ensure you perform a test fit with the socks you plan to wear most often, as this will affect how the laces should be tightened. To maintain the appearance of the suede, it is highly recommended to use a suede-specific protective spray before wearing them for the first time; this creates a barrier against dust and moisture. If the shoes get wet, allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can cause the suede to harden or crack. Use a dedicated suede brush regularly to lift dirt and maintain the nap of the material. For storage, keep them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to prevent color fading.
