FAQs
What type of power source do I need?
You need a 5V USB power source with a minimum output of 6.5W. This is not included with the garland. A standard USB wall adapter or power bank will work.
How long is the garland?
The garland has a total length of 10 meters.
How many branches and LEDs does it have?
It features 900 branches and 150 LEDs.
What material is the garland made of?
The garland is made of PVC.
Can I connect multiple garlands together?
This garland is designed as a single 10m unit. Connecting multiple units end-to-end is not recommended and may void the warranty.
Is the power adapter included?
No, the USB power source (adapter) is not included with the garland.
Can this garland be used outdoors?
While the PVC material is durable, the USB connection is not designed for outdoor weather exposure. It is best suited for indoor use or covered outdoor areas where it is protected from the elements.
Troubleshooting
Garland does not light up.
Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the garland and a functional 5V USB power source. Try a different USB power source or adapter to rule out a faulty one.
Some LEDs are not working.
Check the connection at the USB port. If the issue persists with multiple power sources, it may indicate a fault within the LED string. Contact customer support if within warranty.
Garland appears sparse.
Gently fluff and adjust the 900 branches to achieve a fuller appearance. Spread them out carefully to cover any gaps.
