Yes, the ProGrid Omni 9 generally fits true to your standard UK shoe size.

Can I put these shoes in the washing machine?

What does ProGrid technology mean?

Are these suitable for wide feet?

The silhouette is standard, but the lacing system allows for some adjustability to accommodate different foot widths.

How do I know if the shoes are authentic?

Always purchase from authorized retailers and check that the MPN (S101245-1014) matches the product information on the box.

Troubleshooting

Laces coming undone frequently

Ensure you are using a double knot or look for laces of the correct length to prevent tripping.

Inner lining showing signs of wear

Ensure you fully loosen the laces before putting the shoe on or off to prevent friction against the heel counter.

Surface stains on the upper

Spot clean immediately with a specialized trainer cleaner and a microfiber cloth.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your Saucony ProGrid Omni 9 trainers stay in top condition, follow these simple guidelines:

Fit: These trainers are true to size. Ensure you have about a thumb's width of space at the toe box for comfort.
Cleaning: Use a soft-bristled brush to remove dry dirt from the mesh and synthetic overlays. For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth with mild soap; do not submerge the shoes in water or place them in a washing machine.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent material degradation or color fading.
Maintenance: If the laces become frayed, replace them with standard flat athletic laces to maintain the intended aesthetic.
