FAQs

Are these cushions suitable for all rattan furniture?

These cushion pads are specifically designed to fit the Keter Allibert California rattan furniture range. While they may fit other furniture, it's best to check the dimensions (Seat: 56cm W x 52cm D x 7cm H; Back: 56cm W x 46cm H) against your furniture for a guaranteed fit.

How do I clean the cushion pads?

The covers are machine washable. For minor spills, a damp cloth is usually sufficient. Always refer to the care label for specific washing instructions.

Are the cushion covers removable?

Yes, the cushion covers are designed to be removable for machine washing, making cleaning convenient and effective.

What materials are the cushions made from?

They are crafted from durable, water-resistant polyester fabric with innovative resilient fibre and hollow fibre fillings for comfort and durability.

Do these cushion pads come with furniture?

No, this listing is for the cushion pads only. The furniture shown in the product images is not included.

Can I leave these cushions outside all year round?

The cushions are water-resistant and designed for outdoor use. However, to prolong their lifespan and maintain their best condition, it is recommended to store them indoors or under cover during harsh weather or long periods of rain.

What is the thickness of the seat cushion?

The seat cushion has a thickness of 7cm.

Troubleshooting

Cushion feels lumpy or uneven.

Gently pat and reshape the cushion to redistribute the filling. If machine washable, check care instructions and wash if needed, then ensure it dries thoroughly.

Water pooling on the surface after rain.

Although water-resistant, the fabric can become saturated in heavy or prolonged rain. Allow cushions to air dry completely in a well-ventilated area. Consider storing them under cover during very wet weather.

Stains or dirt not coming off with a damp cloth.

Check the care label for machine wash instructions. Ensure the cover is zipped up before washing. For spot cleaning, a mild detergent and water solution may be used, followed by rinsing and thorough drying.

Cushion cover zipper is stuck.

Gently try to move the zipper back and forth. A small amount of graphite (from a pencil lead) or a silicone-based lubricant applied to the zipper teeth can help free it.
