FAQs
What type of leather is used for the upper?
The upper is crafted from premium black leather.
How high is the heel?
The heel height is a low 10mm, providing a subtle lift.
Are these sandals suitable for wide feet?
The sandals are designed for standard adult female sizing. While the leather can offer some flexibility, they are not specifically designed for wide feet.
Can I wear these sandals in water?
While the TPR sole offers some resistance, the leather upper and synthetic lining are not waterproof. It is best to avoid prolonged exposure to water to protect the materials.
How do I clean the gold embellishment?
Gently wipe the gold embellishment with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
What is the main benefit of the foam footbed?
The soft foam footbed provides pillowy support for lasting underfoot comfort throughout the day.
What kind of activities are these sandals best suited for?
They are ideal for casual summer wear, including walking, shopping, beach strolls, and everyday outings where comfort and style are desired.
Troubleshooting
Sandal feels tight or uncomfortable
Ensure you have the correct size. Leather can take a few wears to mold to your foot. Consider wearing them for short periods initially to allow them to break in.
Gold embellishment loses its shine
Gently polish the embellishment with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using polishes or cleaners not specifically designed for metallic finishes.
Slipping on certain surfaces
Ensure the TPR sole is clean and dry. The sole is designed for grip, but excessive dirt or moisture on either the sole or the surface can reduce traction.
