FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for running?
The Gel-1130 is primarily designed as a lifestyle and casual trainer rather than a high-performance running shoe.
How do I ensure the right fit?
This model follows standard UK sizing conventions for men's trainers. If you are between sizes, consider trying both to see which offers the best comfort.
Can I put these in the washing machine?
No, machine washing can damage the materials and the cushioning technology. We recommend hand cleaning only.
What is the primary material used?
The trainers use a combination of durable synthetic and textile materials engineered for longevity and comfort.
Are these unisex?
While listed here for men, the Gel-1130 series features various designs across all genders; always check the specific sizing and fit guide for your requirements.
Troubleshooting
Visible dirt on white upper
Gently scrub with a soft brush, warm water, and a small amount of gentle detergent.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
For the best fit, ensure you are selecting your standard UK size (this version is size 9.5 UK). To maintain the aesthetic of the white and black finish, it is recommended to clean them regularly with a soft-bristled brush and mild soap to prevent dirt build-up. Avoid machine washing or using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can compromise the integrity of the materials and the GEL cushioning system. Always air dry away from direct heat sources to maintain the shoe's shape and material elasticity.
