These trainers are designed for a true-to-size fit for adult women. To ensure longevity, avoid machine washing these shoes due to the delicate nature of the silk material. Instead, use a soft-bristled brush to remove dry dirt from the mesh and a damp cloth with mild soap for the outsole and overlays. Air dry them away from direct heat sources like radiators to prevent warping the materials. If you plan on using custom orthotics, ensure they fit within the existing volume of the shoe before extended wear.
