The Ticktype DP104 is a premium, full-size mechanical keyboard designed for enthusiasts and professionals who demand a high-quality typing experience combined with versatile connectivity. Featuring a robust aluminum chassis and a unique leaf-spring mount, it provides a superior 'thocky' feel for gaming and productivity; however, its substantial weight may make it less suitable for users who prioritize portability or frequent travel.

The keyboard is compatible with most standard 3-pin and 5-pin mechanical switches due to its hot-swappable PCB.
You can view the battery status directly on the integrated pixel screen or via the connected software interface.
Yes, the DP104 is compatible with both Windows and macOS layouts; check the manual for specific key combinations to toggle modes.
While durable, the aluminum casing can scratch if handled with sharp metal objects; regular wiping with a soft cloth will keep it in good condition.
Yes, connecting the USB-C cable will charge the battery while allowing you to use the keyboard in wired mode.
Ensure the device is charged, the toggle is set to the correct mode (2.4G or BT), and re-pair the device if necessary.
Remove the keycap and check if the mechanical switch is seated correctly in the hot-swappable socket or if a pin has been bent.
Lower the brightness level of the RGB backlighting or turn off the pixel screen to conserve power.
To set up your DP104, toggle the connection switch on the back of the keyboard to select between wired, Bluetooth, or 2.4GHz wireless modes. For Bluetooth, press and hold the designated pairing key until the indicator flashes. To maintain the keyboard, periodically remove keycaps using a standard keycap puller and use compressed air to clear dust from the switch housings. Because the PCB is hot-swappable, always ensure switches are aligned straight with the sockets before pushing them in to avoid bending pins. To preserve the aluminum finish, wipe the case with a dry, microfiber cloth and avoid harsh chemical cleaners.
