The Cherry pendant light by Petite Friture is a minimalist masterpiece, featuring a sleek aluminum cone paired with a distinctive sphere at its base. This design thoughtfully disperses a subtle light, enhanced by the plexiglass diffuser and the shimmering effect of the Cherry. Crafted by Australian designers Emma Aiston and Daniel To, the Cherry pendant embodies simplicity through its assembly of basic geometric forms. The aluminum cone elegantly houses a mirror-finish sphere that appears to float, optimizing light distribution with its conical shape and internal plexiglass diffuser to prevent glare. The polished steel sphere reflects the surroundings, creating dynamic and captivating visual effects. As the designers describe, "Cherry pendants refer to our child's soul": evoking nostalgic memories of collected rubbers and the delightful ice cream cone topped with a cherry. This pendant boasts a powerful integrated LED light source, delivering exceptional lighting performance that complements both classic and contemporary interiors. Whether displayed individually or in multiples, the Cherry pendant offers significant decorative appeal.
