Troubleshooting
Sandals feel too tight or loose
Check the size guide and ensure you have selected the correct UK size. The multi-strap design may offer minor adjustability, but the primary fit comes from the chosen size.
Reduced cushioning over time
While the Goga Mat footbed is durable, prolonged heavy use can lessen its responsiveness. Ensure proper cleaning as per care instructions. If cushioning significantly degrades, consider replacement.
Traction seems insufficient on very wet surfaces
The Ultra Go outsole provides good traction for most conditions, but extremely slippery surfaces may require more specialized footwear. Use caution on polished or very wet tiles.
