Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
- Lacing: Before your first wear, ensure the laces are threaded correctly and evenly. Lace them up to achieve a snug but comfortable fit, allowing for minor adjustments as you break them in.
- First Wear: It's recommended to wear your new F50 League boots during a light training session or warm-up before a full match. This helps the boots mold to your feet and reduces the risk of discomfort.
Compatibility
These adidas F50 League boots are specifically designed for artificial turf (TF) surfaces. The rubber outsole's stud configuration is optimized for traction and durability on synthetic pitches. Using them on natural grass or other hard surfaces may compromise performance and accelerate wear.
Care
- Cleaning: After each use, wipe down the boots with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. For tougher stains, a mild soap solution can be used. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Drying: Always air dry your boots at room temperature. Never place them directly on a heat source (like a radiator or in direct sunlight) as this can damage the materials and adhesives.
- Odor Control: Remove insoles after use to allow them and the boots to air out. You can use shoe deodorizers or natural alternatives like baking soda in socks placed inside the boots.
- Storage: Store your boots in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Consider using a boot bag to protect them during transport.
