Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
- Lacing: Ensure a snug, secure fit without overtightening. Experiment with different lacing techniques (e.g., heel lock lacing) if you experience heel slippage or pressure points.
- Sock Choice: Wear moisture-wicking running socks to prevent blisters and manage sweat, enhancing the shoe's comfort.
- Initial Wear: Take them for a few short, easy runs before tackling long distances to allow the shoes to adapt to your foot and vice versa.
Compatibility
These trainers are designed for road running and general endurance training. They pair well with standard running apparel and are suitable for various weather conditions, though extreme wet or icy conditions may require specialized footwear.
Care
- Cleaning: Gently clean visible dirt with a soft brush or damp cloth using mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals.
- Drying: Always air dry your shoes at room temperature, away from direct sunlight or heat sources. Never put them in a washing machine or dryer, as this can damage the materials and adhesives.
- Storage: Store them in a cool, dry place. Remove insoles occasionally to air out the inside of the shoes and prevent odors.
- Rotation: Consider rotating them with another pair of running shoes to extend their lifespan and allow the cushioning to fully recover between runs.
