It is recommended to perform a visual inspection before each use and a more thorough check of fittings and stability weekly during periods of high use. Check for wear and tear on ropes and the slide surface regularly.

The product comes with a 10 Year Anti Rot Guarantee and a 1 Year Parts Warranty.

Yes, the pressure-treated timber is designed to withstand outdoor conditions and resist rot and decay. However, prolonged exposure to extreme weather might affect the timber's appearance over time.
Ensure the unit is on a level surface and that the anchor kits are fully installed and secure in the ground. Check that all bolts and fittings are tightened correctly.
While pressure-treated timber resists rot, inspect for any signs of excessive wear. Clean the surface and consider applying a suitable wood sealant if necessary for aesthetic preservation, following manufacturer guidelines.
Carefully re-read the instruction manual, paying close attention to the diagrams. Ensure all parts are correctly identified before proceeding. Contact customer support if specific parts are missing or damaged.
Inspect the ropes regularly for wear. If significant fraying is observed, replace the ropes to ensure continued safety. Ensure the attachment points are smooth to prevent abrasion.
Setup: This swing and slide set is delivered flat-packed and includes all necessary hardware along with easy-to-follow instructions. Assembly requires a clear, level area. It is recommended to have two adults for assembly. Ensure all joints are securely tightened and the anchor kits are firmly installed into the ground for maximum stability.
Compatibility: This product is designed for outdoor garden use on a level surface. It is suitable for children and should be used under adult supervision. Ensure the intended location has adequate space around the swing and slide for safe operation.
Care: The pressure-treated timber offers inherent resistance to rot and insects. To maintain the appearance of the wood, periodic cleaning with a damp cloth is recommended.
