It is not recommended to machine wash these trainers, as it can damage the cushioning materials and glues.
While comfortable, these trainers are designed for running and walking; a flatter, more rigid sole is usually preferred for heavy weightlifting.
The Ultraboost 5.0 generally fits true to size, but individual foot shape can affect the preference for a snug vs. relaxed fit.
The longevity of the cushioning depends on usage frequency and surface type, but they are built to withstand high-mileage training.
The knit material is breathable but not waterproof; they are best suited for dry or light damp conditions.
The upper is crafted from a durable, flexible knit textile designed for breathability and support.
Use a soft brush and cold soapy water to gently spot clean the knit, then air dry away from direct sunlight.
Adjust the lacing tension through the midfoot cage to create a more secure fit.
To ensure your Ultraboost 5.0 trainers remain in top condition, proper maintenance is essential. Always undo the laces fully before removing the shoes to prevent stretching the knit collar. For cleaning, remove surface dirt with a soft brush and use a mild detergent mixed with water for spot treatments; avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can damage the integrity of the foam cushioning and adhesives. Keep them away from direct heat sources to prevent material warping. Always ensure you are checking the UK size 10 sizing specifications for this specific model to guarantee an optimal fit out of the box.
