This DE BUYER Mineral B wok is crafted from white sheet steel, coated with beeswax for temporary protection against oxidation and to facilitate cooking. It is iconic and made in France, perfect for searing, baking, and browning. The wok is strong, durable, and dimensionally stable with a natural non-stick effect that improves with use. It is suitable for all types of cookers, including induction. The wok is made of 99% steel and 1% carbon, offering 100% natural performance. A flash oven use is possible for 10 minutes at 200°C. The wok has a cooking surface diameter of 32 cm and a cooking diameter of 8 cm. For maintenance, deglaze and rinse with hot water, dry, and lightly oil the pan before storing in a dry place. It is important not to use detergents or put the wok in the dishwasher.
